The 2025 Woodbridge Fall Fair offers a wide array of different competitions for both adults and youth to take part in and enjoy. These competitions will have a prize reward for podium winners. Competitions include: Agriculture, Art, Culinary Arts, Floriculture, Antiques, Elementary School Arts, Photography and Needle Work/Crafts.

Competitions and Contests of THE Woodbridge Fall Fair 2025

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. Start by choosing the prize book category you're interested in, and click to download.

  2. Once you have chosen your exhibitor categories, please complete an entry form.

  3. *An exhibitor’s fee of $5.00 will be charged to each exhibitor, members and non-members. If you do not have an entry number, one will be supplied to you at the Secretary’s Office.  Your entry number must be written on all exhibit tags along with your name and phone number.

Closing Date/Times for Entry Forms & Submissions

2025 JUDGING TIMES AND LOCATIONS FOR ALL CLASSES

  • Agricultural Products Class 55 - 61 & Floriculture Class 62 (Pages 12-17):

    • Judging: Friday, October 10, at 6:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #3, Maynard Building.

    • All entries must be received and in place in the Maynard Building no later than 4:00 pm on Fri, October 10.

  • Art Class 63 and High School Class 64 (Pages 17-20):

    • Judging: Tuesday, October 7, at 6:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #2, Coates Arts & Crafts Building.

    • All entries must be received at the Secretary’s Office no later than 3:00 pm on Tues, October 7.

  • Culinary Arts Class 65-69 (Pages 23-27):

    • Judging: Friday, October 10, at 6:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #2, Coates Arts & Crafts Building.

    • All entries must be received at the Secretary’s Office no later than 4:00 pm on Fri, October 10.

  • Needlework & Crafts Class 70-74 (Pages 28-32):

    • Judging: Wednesday, October 8, at 3:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #2, Coates Arts & Crafts Building.

    • All entries must be received at the Secretary’s Office no later than 12:00 pm on Wed, October 8.

  • Antiques Class 77 (Pages 33-35):

    • Judging: Wednesday, October 8, at 3:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #2, Coates Arts & Crafts Building.

    • All entries must be received at the Secretary’s Office no later than 12:00 pm on Wed, October 8.

  • Elementary Student Art Class 80 (Page 36):

    • Judging: Thursday, October 9, at 5:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #2, Coates Arts & Crafts Building.

    • All entries must be received at the Secretary’s Office no later than 2:00 pm on Thurs, October 9.

  • Photography Class 90 (Pages 37-38):

    • Judging: Wednesday, October 8, at 5:00 pm.

    • Location: Building #5, Burwick Community Building.

    • All entries must be received at the Secretary’s Office no later than 3:00 pm on Wed, October 8.

When to bring Exhibits/Entries to the Fair

  • Entries can be submitted to the Fair Secretary daily, from 10 am to 5 pm, beginning on Thursday, October 3. 

  • Drop-offs are accepted at the Secretary's Office, at the entrance of 100 Porter Ave.

  • All entries must be submitted to the Secretary's Office by 4:30 pm on Friday, October 11th, 2024 unless otherwise stated in the prize list*

  • Please refer to each section of the prize book for instructions on when to deliver and pick up your exhibits.  

  • Every competition category has specific rules for exhibiting. To ensure your entries are correct, please make sure you read all rules and competition details.

Pick-Ups

  • Exhibits can be picked up after 6:00 pm on Monday, October 14th.

  • Remember to bring your entry tag stubs for proof of ownership. 

  • Volunteers will take 30 minutes to prepare the exhibits for collections.

  • For the safety of our Patrons, Exhibitors will not be able to drive to Buildings before 6 pm.
